In conjunction with its Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness the National Alliance to End Homelessness (NAEH) offers Ten Practical Steps for Communities in the form of an Ending Homelessness Checklist for people, irregardless of their housing status (whether they be concerned citizens, advocates, activists, politicians, government officials as well as others), to use in helping bring about, guide and support local, county, state or regional efforts concerning homelessness and meeting the needs of those who are either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Thanks to Kevin Barbieux, The Homeless Guy, for all the great offerings on his blog: such as Halo Scan comment boxes and some of the other features on his site as well.

Due to this, NAHNN now has comment boxes for visitors to leave a note to comment or provide suggestions (of course feel free to e-mail NAHNN too), a bean counter -- so visitors may know how much they count and a subscription box so people can subscribe and be notified by e-mail when NAHNN gets updated.

Those updates will just be an e-mail notifying the subscriber that the page has been updated and provide a link to the site for when and if they want to visit and check out what's new on NAHNN.

Kevin made my (unpaid) job of coming across these tools and resources a lot easier.

Thank you Kevin.
